DISCLAIMER - For us to successfully process your order, please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match.
If an order is placed with different billing and shipping address we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
PROCESSING TIME - Each product processing time is particular/unique. Please check product description to confirm wait time. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on holidays or weekends and we can’t ship to P.O. boxes ,APO addresses or parcel lockers.
ORDER STATUS - Once an order is placed a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY- Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. If there’s any issue with a package during transportation or customs please contact the shipping carrier to help resolve it or to claim your package. Please contact us immediately if this cannot be resolved.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS- The term PRE-ORDER is used when an item is in production to be shipped at a later date. On the product page it clearly states pre-order and the estimated date of delivery is also displayed. You will also receive an order confirmation email once you’ve completed your purchase.
SHIPPING RATES - FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS over $100 no code needed.
Signature upon delivery is required.
Once a shipping method is selected and a shipping address is entered, final shipping charges will be displayed. The selected shipping method and total weight of the order determines all shipping rates. Shipping rates are calculated on a per item basis.
TRANSIT TIMES- AUTHENTEKA will use its best endeavors to meet all estimated delivery time but is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs. The transit times shown below are quoted by the shipping carrier companies.
USPS STANDARD - Delivers in 5-7 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing,please check product description for processing time.
USPS PRIORITY - Delivers in 2 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing,please check product description for processing time.
USPS EXPRESS - Delivers in 1 business day anywhere in the U.S. after processing,please check product description for processing time.
DHL INTERNATIONAL - Delivers in 2-6 business days worldwide after processing, please check product description for processing time.
CUSTOMS DUTY/ LOCAL TAXES- Depending on your location, please note that local charges such as sales tax may occur. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient. AUTHENTEKA DOES NOT COVER ANY DUTIES/TAXES/CUSTOMS FEES THAT MAY INCUR WITH ORDERS.
CUSTOMS REGULATION- It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items. AUTHENTEKA can’t be held liable for any items that aren’t accepted into a specific country.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES - If you suspect any issues with your delivery such as package been mis-delivered ,misplaced or lost, please put in a claim with the shipping carrier before contacting customer service.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We can’t assist you for lost or stolen packages without a claim number.
RETURN/REFUND EXCHANGE POLICY /INFO
EXCHANGE- Unless company error, exchanges will not be accepted due to COVID-19.
RETURNS-Due to the exclusivity of these items we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Before you finalize your purchase please ensure that you select the correct color, size and quantity.
REFUNDS- We will issue no refunds under any circumstances, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
DAMAGES & ISSUES-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATION-We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final.
